These terms apply to purchases made in the imsan.ee online store. The seller is:

By placing an order the buyer confirms that they have read and accept these terms. Matters not covered here are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, in particular the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery cost is added and shown at checkout before payment. The seller may change prices; the price valid at the moment the order was placed applies to that order.
An order is considered placed once it has been paid for. A confirmation is sent to the buyer's email address. If an ordered item cannot be delivered, we notify the buyer as soon as possible and refund the payment.
Payment is processed through Shopify checkout — by bank card or bank link. Payment data is handled by the payment service provider; the seller neither sees nor stores card details.
Doors ordered through the sliding-door calculator are manufactured to measurements supplied by the buyer. Such goods are made to the buyer's personal specification and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them under § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act. Please check the measurements before paying.
This does not limit the buyer's rights where the goods are defective — see warranty and complaints below.

A consumer buyer may submit complaints within 2 years of receiving the goods. LED products carry a 5-year seller's warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, failure to follow installation instructions, careless storage, or normal wear and tear.
Send complaints to info@imsan.ee, quoting the order number and describing the defect, with a photo where possible.
The seller is liable for non-conformity of the goods to the extent provided by law. The seller is not liable for loss arising from inaccurate information supplied by the buyer, including incorrect measurements for made-to-measure goods.
