Payment methods

How you can pay

Payment goes through the Shopify payment solution at checkout:

• by bank card;
• by bank link.

You will see the exact selection at the payment step before confirming. Another payment method can be agreed by email: info@imsan.ee.

Is paying safe

Card details are entered in the payment provider's environment. They never reach us and we do not store them — see the privacy policy.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery is added on top: it is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of the parcel and shown before payment.

An order is charged at the price that applied when the order was placed.

When an order is confirmed

An order counts as placed once it is paid, and the confirmation is sent to your email address. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund the money.

Refunds

Money is returned to the same means of payment it was paid with, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice at the latest. The terms are in the refund policy.

Made-to-measure products

Doors ordered through the sliding door calculator are built to the buyer's own measurements. Under § 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them, so please check the measurements before paying. Your rights in the case of a faulty product are unaffected.
