We deliver throughout Estonia. For delivery outside Estonia write to info@imsan.ee and we will agree the terms separately.
Parcels are sent to a parcel machine or by courier to your door. The available methods, their cost and the expected delivery time are shown at checkout before payment — they depend on the size and weight of the consignment.
Items held in stock are normally handed to the carrier on the next business day after the order is received. For items ordered in and for made-to-measure goods we confirm the delivery time separately before payment or immediately after the order.
Delivery time runs from the moment the consignment is handed to the carrier. The carrier notifies the recipient of arrival.
Once a parcel is dispatched we send the tracking number by email. You can also check the status at imsan.ee/en/tracking — by order number and email, or by parcel number.
Check the packaging on receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the carrier's document and tell us within 7 days at info@imsan.ee, attaching photos of the packaging and the goods.
If the consignment has not arrived by the confirmed time, write to us and we will trace it with the carrier.
