Cooperation
Furniture makers, interior designers and site contractors have their own prices with us. A business customer signs in with their account and immediately sees their own price across the catalogue — on the product page and in the cart.

An account is tied to one level. Which one applies is agreed when the account is opened — it depends on the volume of orders and how steady the cooperation is. The discount covers the whole catalogue.
Opening an account
Write to info@imsan.ee and include:
- company name, registration number and VAT number;
- contact person, phone and email address;
- your field of work and, briefly, what you usually order.
We normally reply within one business day, open the account and send an invitation by email. Once you are signed in the prices are already correct — there is no separate price list to wait for.
How ordering works
- An order is placed for a company location: if there are several, you can choose which one it goes to — prices and the delivery address follow from it.
- Some items have volume pricing and a minimum order quantity — this is stated on the product page.
- Delivery and returns follow the same terms as for retail customers: see the shipping terms and the refund terms.
What else we do
- cut profiles to size;
- work out quantities from a drawing or measurements — send the file to info@imsan.ee;
- put a whole site together as a single shipment.
