A consumer buyer may withdraw from a purchase made in the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Returned goods must be complete and unused. The buyer may handle the goods only as would be permitted in a shop — that is, to establish their nature and function. If the goods have been used beyond that, the seller may reduce the refund by the corresponding loss in value.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except where the return is due to a defect or the wrong item being sent — in that case we cover it.
We refund the full amount received, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the buyer has supplied proof of dispatch.
If the buyer chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard one, the seller is not obliged to refund the difference.
Refunds are made to the same means of payment used for the purchase.
Made-to-measure goods. Doors manufactured to the buyer's measurements through the sliding-door calculator are made to the buyer's personal specification, and therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them under § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act. Please check the measurements carefully before paying.
If the goods are defective or not what was ordered, write to info@imsan.ee and attach a photo. A consumer buyer may submit complaints within 2 years; LED products carry a 5-year warranty. Where the goods are defective, the seller bears the return cost.
If the parcel is visibly damaged, note this on the carrier's document and tell us within 7 days, attaching photos of the packaging and the goods.
