Payment security

Payment runs through Shopify Checkout — the same environment used by hundreds of thousands of shops worldwide. Card details go straight to Shopify's payment service and never reach us.

What we see about your payment

On the order we can see the name, delivery address, payment method and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store the card number, expiry date or CVV — they do not touch our server at all.

Why it is safe

• Shopify's payment solution meets PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest tier of the card payment standard.
• The connection is encrypted (TLS) and the payment page is served from Shopify's own domain.
• Card payments are confirmed by your bank with 3-D Secure: without your confirmation the payment does not go through.
• With a bank link, the confirmation happens inside your own bank's environment.

Refunds

Money goes back to the same card or account it came from — there is no need to send us any details by hand. The deadlines are in the refund policy.

If something looks suspicious

We never ask for a card number by email, phone or chat. If you receive such a message in our name, do not reply and tell us: info@imsan.ee.
