Warranty
We give a warranty on everything we sell. The term depends on the product group and is shown in the specifications of every product.
Warranty terms

| Sliding doors, desk frames, hanging rails, hardware and the rest of the range | 2 years |
The warranty runs from the day you receive the goods and applies to normal use and installation according to the instructions.
How to make a claim
Write to info@imsan.ee and include:
- the order number or receipt;
- the product name or item code;
- a short description of what happened and a photo if you can.
We normally reply within one business day and tell you whether the item needs to come back or photos are enough. We cover the cost of returning a faulty item.
What the warranty does not cover
Normal wear, mechanical damage, faults caused by incorrect installation or use for another purpose, and modifications made by the buyer.
Your statutory rights
The warranty does not limit the buyer's statutory rights. Private customers also have the 14-day right of withdrawal — see the refund policy.
