Delivery
We ship across Estonia and across Europe. Stocked items leave the warehouse the next business day after the order.

The clock starts when the parcel is handed to the carrier. For items on request and made-to-measure products we confirm the lead time separately before payment.
Delivery method and cost
Parcels go to a parcel locker or by courier to your door. The available methods and their cost are calculated at checkout from the size and weight of the parcel and shown before you pay.
Tracking
Once the parcel is on its way we email the tracking code. You can also check the status on the tracking page — by order number and email, or by parcel number.
Large and long consignments
Profiles can be up to 3 metres long and not every carrier takes them. For a large order we agree the delivery separately — write to info@imsan.ee with the quantity and the destination.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Check the packaging on receipt. If the damage is visible, note it on the carrier's document and tell us within 7 days, attaching photos of the packaging and the goods.
